Huge press photo lot

Hello,

I came across this lot of 40+ press photos, I thought I'll share it with you.
I find press photos always highly interesting since they usually have the explanation of the scene on the backside.

The white shaddows are reflections of the sun, they are not present at the actual photo.

Its so hard to imagine how big some of these event must have been, very overpowering.

Hello,

besides the great pics of uniforms, I find it almost scarry how most of the persons pictured look at Hitler..... At some photos you can clearly see how much they adore him.... well most of the photos were taken in the thirties, back than nobody knew (some predicted) how the TR will end.

Being born and raised in Germany with the constant feeling of guilt for my "Nation" (even I'm was born two generations later) makes it even harder to understand the expressed feeling in some of the photos.....
