2 pictures, same area??

Hello Gents

I was wondering if these pictures were made from the same road in Holland 1944. One is made after the heavy fight near the Koevering, 24 september 1944. The second one i bought on ebay. I'm not really sure but it looks the both were made on the same spot. Especially when you compare photo 2 and 3

this picture was made at the same road as well. The three line looks the same as the 2nd and 1st picture

I also think that pictures 2 and 3 are taken from the same spot.
At the second photo it look likes a field grave besides the road in front of the second truck that is laying besides the road.
I think I see a gun? with an helmet on it.
The first photo could have been taken more up north if you compare the distance of the trees and the main road.

I'am also curious what others think to see.
Anyway nice Koevering pictures!

I think pictures 2 and 3 were made at the same spot, only in another time frame. I didn't noticed the fieldgrave. Luckely you did

I dont think the second photo does show a field grave, there's no disturbed earth and the dark shadow at the top i thik is the radiator opening of the vehicle behind.

all three photos could well be taken along the same road

Thanks for your help and input. Now i have looked better i think you're right and it is not a fieldgrave but the radiotor opening from the vehicle.

But i'm almost sure that picture 2 and 3 were made at the same spot
