unknown Certificate

Does anyone know what kind of certificate is ?

I found it along with some other items at a berliner antique shop.
any help would be......helpfull

It has a watermark in the paper but it does not show really well in the pictures.

Hi there. The Hitler quote is something about raising hard, reliable, and decent offspring. The bottom part seems to be some kind of pledge to raise/educate children in the NS world view. I wonder if it is a foster parent or guardian certificate that would be issued to someone acting in that role by the local Ortsgruppenfuehrer of a district. Cheers, Chris B.

Hi Keiichi, one of these has featured on the forum in the past and I think Chris is on the right lines in his description of it. It might have been in a thread about Mothers Crosses etc.
