Unknown Ritterkreuzträger

Hello,

Is there by any chance to identify this Ritterkreuzträger?
I just saw him on a 8mm/16mm amateur film that was put on the internet and I am very interested in finding out who it was.
Unfortunatly, he does not have a very high rank or other insignia that would make identification easier.
