'The Resistance' poster

I have this one in my collection for some time and decided to place it on e-stand to make some room for pictures but i was wondering if someone could give me some extra information about the artist or origins of this poster? Size is about 40cm x 50cm, printed on normal paper but when i bought it years ago it was already glued to a cardbord.
I did some searching for 'J. Ancia' on the net but that didn't make me alot wiser...
