I got this photo resently and the soldiers on it look like (Waffen?)SS recruits to me, am i correct?

What kind of jacket do the fourth and fifth men in the line wear?
I though it was one of those early SS jackets, thats why i thought it could be SS.

no doubt that you can read the text but I think there are always some other members who are not able to read - and translate the text. I did it for those.
