MG-34 Manual - Sutterlin Script?

Can anyone decipher the Sutterlin script found on the top of this MG-34 manual?

Oops - it's actually a MG-42 manual (I've been looking at a bunch of different original WWII German manuals this morning and got mixed up a bit).

BTW: Does anyone know what the inked stamp signifies?

The stamp could be from Inf. Ers. Btl. 328 but the last number could also be a different than 8.
