    Any thoughts on this FP nr. and signature?

    Hey all,
    This is inside a book "Suomi Kuvina" (Finland in Pictures, according to an online translator), awarded as a prize for first place in Machine Gun target practice. Looks like 14416A to me, but not sure if that's correct.

    Any help on Signature would be appreciated also.
