Unit id if possible

Having a Spring clear out and would appreciate some help please.
Is it possible to ID the Unit in this picture. The man far right has a Spanish Cross and a few in the front have cuf titles that I cannot make out.Its quite large at 17cm x 11.5cm.

Ground crew. If you can scan a close up of a cuff title, say 600 dpi, you might be able to make it out.

Either Kampfgeschwader. K.G."Boelcke" or more lickley Stukageschwader St.G.2 "Immelmann" ??
Also note that the in 2nd row, 1st right, is wearing a Spinish cross.

Hi!

I am pretty sure I can see "Jagdgeschwader". Looking at the other letters, I can only guess that it could be Jagdgeschwader Mölders.
