Are Rommel private pictures seldom ?

Hi everybody,
I'm a newbie here, but I know and read along messages on this website for a while

I want to start an Afrikakorps pictures collection.
I've already bought an original Photo from Feldmarschall Rommel on duty in the desert during an heavy operation. So my question :
Are those collectible pictures about this man hard to find or not ??
Do I have to stop collecting them now ?

My experience has been that original, private Rommel photos are scarce, but definitely not rare. Depending on locale, awards shown, and those present in the picture, I would expect to pay around $40 US for an individual photo. I would strongly urge you to continue on your quest to acquire these photos as Rommel will always remain highly collectible even to a new generation of collectors. Ironically, I find his most expensive photos from WWII are those depicting his tenure as commander of the 7th Panzer Division.
