Almost all were signed by a generalmajor or higher. They had to be because they had to be authorised at divisional level or higher.

it's slightly more interesting that it's to an officer but otherwise, these are amongst the most common award documents you can find.

I have to agree on the asking price. It is a little high for a KVK2 document and medal. The KVK2 is one of the most common medals out there and doesn't bring much. There was a nice group on the Estand awhile back that included a KVK1 and KVK2 document all in excellent shape, along with an id book and a Hindenburg Cross document all to the same man and it didn't sell at $115 all in.
