Certificates for October 1, 1938 medal

It occurred to me that certificates for October 1st medal, though common, has seldom been shown here. So I show you two of my examples, I'd be happy if you can share yours.

With Prag Spange:

Both are from Recce Batallion 7, 4.Panzer-Division.

Here are two civilian award documents to a customs official who received both the medal......

...and the bar...

And two naval awards, one to an assistant pay master on a supply vessel...

..and the other to a member of a naval artillery unit.

Both documents are A4. Quite an interesting change in detail in the two months separating the two awards. And can anyone read the signatures for me?
