It's Benito Mussolini along with his mistress Clara Petacci, hung up at the Esso gas station in Piazzale Loreto. The other persons include Francesco Barracu, Alessandro Pavolini, Fernando Mezzasomma and Paolo Zerbino. Could the photo have been taken by an American GI, a handful of American soldiers actually witnessed this. They were executed and hung up on the 29 of April so I think the date might be wrong on the photo.
