It isn't Kesselring. I am not 100% certain who it is but it may well be General der Flakartillerie Richard Reimann.

1/Picture is in a SG1 pilots photo album

2/titled "our General " Lubenstadt 1944

3/another picture of him

The second picture is a different man Kaubisch.

It's Generalmajor Robert Fuchs (RK in 1940), Kdr of the 1 Flieger Division of which SG1 was part in 1944.

which narrows it down to the I gruppe of the geschwader and Oct-Nov 1944

Thanks for the info Simon,anyone else got a picture of the man?

I have quiet a bit of paperwork for the pilot whos photo album it is.

He served in 7./S.G.1 Awards DKG,Ehrenpokal etc.
