HJ boy?

Hello,

Today I received a nice negative of a World War Two soldier/boy.
It looks to me like he is a Hitlerjugend member but I am not sure because of this his large cap eagle.
He is wearing the SA-Sportabzeichen and the Hitlerjugend Leistungsabzeichen. But it looks like he is wearing two of them, could someone explain how this could be possible?
Also, I received the original paper where the negative was kept in, and a name of the guy is written on top of it.
Is there someone who can read his name?

your right, its a HJ. boy, in vinteruniform, i think hes just posing with all hes medals, hes wearing a hj. skicap, the eagle could be added, somtimes thay did that to look more like soldiers.
