and what is a normal price for such document?

I take it this is a document in relation the awards of the KVK to the two soldiers.

Kleist is not one of the hardest to get or that expensive, here are two of my citations a 1941 and 1943 signature.

Compare them and see what you think, to say if yours is genuine or not would be out of my realm altogether ! I hope these pic's help.

Hello John, i think the signature is authentic, its smooth, the weak points all corespond, the traid mark curves are very similiar, actually im a little surprised how similiar the signatures are really, but i still think your on a winner!
