Is This Kegeling?

I received this photo this afternoon of what I think is a local Kegeling Association (a German form of bowling). However, the size of the pins is much larger than I remember. Can someone confirm that this is indeed a Kegeling Group. I assume the plump fellow in the center wearing the large shiney star within a circle is the Leader and the fellow on the extreme right with a large shiney Maltese Cross at his throat is the Deputy Leader. The members all seem to be wearing a large bowling-pin membership badge.
I know it's a wild shot but does anyone know who this group might be?

Yes, it is kegeling even when the pins seem to be a bit "oversized". May be the distance of the kegeling alley was a bit longer.
You can also see the wooden channel to bring back the skittles/kegeling ball.
