Need help with translation. LW Portrait

I just recieved a new portrait photo and would like some help with translation. I can make out that he was shot down by a spitfire but can´t read the rest. I appreciate any help I can get.

May be you will contact the Volksbund in Kassel because he is listed as KIA and he is burried on a German cemetetry in Lingen (Neuer Friedhof):
