    I know that this is an RAD photo, but what I don't know is what they are wearing...Is this tropical garb or is it their work uniform? from these clothes can you tell where this unit is from?

              Agreed, this is the washable Drillich work uniform. Fittingly, the text on the back says "Ausrücken zur Baustelle" = Leaving for the construction site.
