Yes...typical helmet (with painted insignia), sidecap, ammo pouch and suspenders, M.1891 rifle, rank on arm and, not last, tunics.
Any information about location of this photo?

                Hay Christian !
I love the Italian photo !
I always think the uniforms and helmets are great.
Was this one of your new finds from the agra ?
You were a brave boy with the cold weather.... minus 16 in my village.
I had a little luck. I was in a small village market last Saturday for a hour and found 3 boxes of wehrmacht and luftwaffe photos and papers.
But I have to sit down and really see what I got !

And here is one of my favourite color slides of Italian troops.
This slide is from a very large collection of color slides for the SS Nordland Divison in Russia 1941-1943.

                Best wishes Christian !
                and Happy New Year !

Hi Ian...You are the first not-Italian collector of photographs that I hear that like the Italian army uniforms of World War II.
I Hearing many Italian veterans, these were uncomfortable, cold in winter and hot in summer and made in bad material. But anyway, thanks from an Italian.

                      your most welcome Marco !
Hopefully I will have time and upload my Rome 1944 color slide collection onto my website and that has many different italian uniforms.

                      Best wishes.
