    Graf Spee Foto Album

    Hey Guys

Thought KM section would like to see these, Sort of the first grab for 2010 for me.

Note the pic of HMS Rodney, I watermarked them so they do not end up on EBAY or so.

    Happy New Years

              Dion this is amazing.
My father was a Funkgast on the Graf Spee in 1937 following that exact route marked on the map in your album, complete with side journey over to Cagliari in Sardinia! He must have served at the same time as your Matrose. I wonder if they knew each other...there were a thousand or so men on the ship so they might never have even met!
I'd love to see more photos and compare with my Dad's album.
              Best regards,
              ---Norm

I have to see when I get it, it depends on how long this sailor was aboard. I think Hitlers visit to the ship was later?

                              Hi colt45s,

What's the time period covered by your Graf Spee album? Is it wartime, and if so how close does it go the demise of the Graf Spee?

                              Best regards,
                              ---Norm
