Documents from prisoner camp?

Hello, as I am not very expert in documents would like opinion about this. Really can't get what is exactly. Seems on grey cloth, with a blue triangle (does it delete something behind or what?

I can read "Kenhkarte" or something like that.

This is a Kennkarte, one of the most basic identity documents of the 3rd Reich. MOst - if not all - people in Germany would have one. The blue triangle is where somebody has denazified it by coloring over the eagle & swastika.
