Help with Feldpost Number 31864 A

Hi,

I recently got a grouping of letters and photos. The soldier they belonged to had the Feldpost number 31864 A, from at least March 1943, to January of 1944.

Thanks for the quick reply. So my soldier was assigned to the 3rd Battalion's Headquarters Battery of the 331st Artillery Regiment? Is that correct?
