Iv been told that this is signed by "Günther von Kluge" is that correct?

Looks good to me. Pi.Btl.236 was Heerestruppe under Heeresgruppe Mitte så this is the correct level for the KVK award.

KVK Document with "1939" instead of a swastika

You also have a scarce version of the KVKII document! Examples of this document with "1939" in the center of the KVK instead of a swastika are quite difficult to find.
