unusual picture of 1st anniversary of liberation of Bergen Belsen

I found this picture together with a small lot of german ww2 portraits. The soldiers in the picture are clearly british or scottish (I leave that to you to correctly ID) and the monument seems to be in Bergen Belsen. I think it's a rather interesting shot! Regards Zeller
