SS Picture?

I got a little question regarding this picture. The size is larger than a postcard(around 2cm on each side). I believe this is an SS shot? And if you look at the red lines, are these ribbons for the bloodorder?

It's not SS and the Blood Order was worn at the right breast pocket, not the left.

Oh yes you are right. What kind of unit or organisation is this? Kyffhäuser then? I just thought about this because of the caps. I have absolutely no idea...

Those are members of the Stahlhelmbund during the transitional period after the organization came under SA control and before its eventual disbandment.
