Book with signatures

Hello...I just got, as a gift, a book entitled The Day Fighters by Werner Held. The book was purchased at a rare book store in Portland OR and comes with several signatures. The book was published in '91. It has marbled endpapers, numerous photos in its 223 pages and is signed 4 times by Guenther Rall next to his photos, twice by Adolf Dickfeld next to his photos, once by Walter Schuck. Schuck has also entered "J. G. 7" under his name since he flew Me 262s with that unit. There is also an inscription by Urban Drew next to an Me 262 that reads: "For Greg, a good friend, Urban Drew (1st shoot down 2 Me 262s Oct 7, 1944)" There is also a signature of Herbert Ihlefeld on a paper label that is included.

I have absolutely no idea what something like this is worth. The book is near mint in condition. I don't know how rare it is (I couldn't find it at Amazon) and would like some idea as to value for insurance purposes. Sorry I have no pics...I am apparently too mentally challenged to be able to post pics. with my new Apple (which is very different from my old PC. Can anybody help me out?
