Forward observation post photos

these are a number of forward observation post photos marked on the back France 1944, observation post St. Ouen (Frankreich 1944, B. Stelle St. Ouen)

There are also grave photos (deaths annotated as August 1944) with the annotation 3. Beob. Abt. (mot.) 29 (it could also be a 28). It is interesting to see the observation post with the viewing glass being used where tiles have been removed from the roof. I looked into the location of St. Ouen and it is north of Paris.
