Too tiny for me to read, but looks like looking for shipping by rail business, and something like the 10 Most Important Rules for making sure things get delivered correctly.

          Hello Yancy.
Rick is of course correct . The inscription :" Hilf der Deutschen Reichsbahn und Du hilfst Dir selbst ." (Help the Deutsche Reichsbahn and you help yourself ) further supports Rick's explanation.
As an aside: one saw nearly everywhere the slogan: "Raeder muessen rollen fuer den Sieg ". ( Wheels must roll for Victory) . Meant to induce the reduction of unnecessary civilian travel and shipments.

            Hello,

the inscription "Hilf der Deutchen Reichsbahn und Du Hilfst Dir selbst" was one of the only parts of the ad that i could understand (as everyone knows my German language skills are horrible at best!!)I assumed that you would be helping the deutche Reichsbahn by joining not giveing them your buisness!!I guess i was way off base there-that is by far the biggest ad in the newspaper a whole 1/2 page with illustration, they must have really needed buisness bad!!Im still curious how many different ads there were like this?

              Yancy,

the ads called on shippers to optimize their transportation procedures, in order to ensure that no space or time was wasted during transport.

I have never seen them in this size but own a year's worth of the periodical Der Vierjahresplan, there are ads of this kind (quarter page) in almost every issue.

I think they should rather be seen as a Reichsbahn effort to increase its efficiency in order to facilitate Germany's war efforts; only as a secondary effect did they also promote the Reichsbahn's services.

                  Yancy,

I have seen several ads like this and others with similar themes directed at different groups. As a rule the Reichsbahn ran smaller size ads but would run a larger ad from time to time.I have only seen one full page ad ever.

yes they are all illustrated, all drawings done by the same artist I think.
