As Vincent wrote, it is a color slide from 500+ slide estate of Oblt. Eugen Kastner who belonged to Grenadier-Regiment 316 (212.Infanterie-Division). I've posted a few images from the same estate in other threads.

I am not sure what you mean by "coloured" but all the color scans I post are from my period color slide collection, not colored B/W photographs.
