My first TR photos

I bought these 3 photos recently from a local militaria shop. I dont know much about photos (just what i read on the forum) so i need some assistance. Also note that i do not have a uv tester (yet). Thanks in advance for the help (and sorry if some photos are a bit blurry).

1) Here is the first one. On the back there is a "Agfa Brovira" watermark and also a "RUDOLF SAUER D4462" watermark. From what i read on the forum Agfa Brovira is the type of paper used to print the photo right? Also note that the size of the photo is 6x9 cm.

2) Now the 2nd photo. There is no watermark the indicates the type of paper used but just a "RUDOLF SAUER A6279" one and some writing that i do not have a clue what it says. The size is again 6x9 cm.

3) And finaly the last one. There is a "Agfa" watermark on the back and some lines (no one has written on them) and just a II 41(?) written on the back. Size is 13,5 x 9.

Thanks Steve im glad you like them. Note also that the german on the third photo has a two piece ribbon bar and a badge. The last award of the ribbon bar is the Sudeten medal if im not mistaken and the first one cant tell for sure (Astria medal maybe?). The badge probably is either the IAB or some Sports Badge.

These are all original photographs, and nice ones to boot. I especially like the last one. This clearly illustrates that Range mit Portepee (Commissioned Officers) wore upgraded standard-issue tunics. Note that his Feldbluse still features the original breast eagle...

Glad you can appreciate these pieces of history. Watch out with buying photographs though, these are - just as most other Third Reich item - heavily faked and reproduced.

Hope you don't mind the following question: Are you going to focuss on some topics in specific (i.e. vehicles or portraits) or will you be collecting a bit of everything?

Thanks for your advice Vincent. I mostly like pictures showing vehicles (this is where i will focus) but i wouldnt mind having some portraits of decorated men.

Yes indeed Giorgo they are all from the same "usual" dealer. I bought them just yesterday along with a Greek soldiers book that belonged to a soldier that fought during the Greek Civil War at Grammos against communists and earned the War Cross 3rd Class for his actions and a NYO (National Youth Organization) or in Greek ΕΟΝ (Εθνική Οργάνωση Νεολαίας) ID that belonged to a young boy (NYO or ΕΟΝ was the same think like Hitler Jugend in Greece). Nice finds for sure.
