Painting is a print, probably period, close up needed.
The photos are all well kown photos, get a magnifying glass and look as close as possible at grey areas of photos, if you see "halftone" dots (tiny little black dots) then photos are not actual photos, but printed images. If there are no tiny dots but just variations of dark and light, then they are actual photos, but still may be repros, either vintage or modern. close ups of front backs would be required, also better quality photography than used here.
