    Possible Stalingrad participant document?

    Hi!

Need some help with this one (maybe it should be posted in the battle research forum?)

I got this Kvk 2 nd class document for a San-Unteroffizier in the 6 th Army Group.

Is it possible to tell if this NCO or his unit participated in the battles around Stalingrad? See attached picture of the document, signed by a Major and Facsimile of Paulus.

    Any help appriciated!

There is a Paul Kundt listed on the Volksbund site as having been killed at Stalingrad but the date is 22nd April 1945, with his grave located at Yelshanka...

Yelshanka was a POW camp south of Stalingrad where many German POW's captured in the later stages of the war were held.

        regards
