Ideas as to date please

I know i am possibly asking the impossible but is there any way to put an approximate date on this picture-Perhaps form the uniforms?

Post-september 1939, as I can see men wearing a Tuchmantel 39. As these were first produced in late 1939, it is logical to assume that these were not distributed to the troops in large quantities before early / mid 1940. Judging by the look of the setting, I would place this picture in late 1941, somewhere in Russia. I would say in the Wolchow/ Leningrad area.
