RKT, who is he?

The first name is Fritz. The last name looks like Stürtz. However, the signature is in bic (post war) and RKT Fritz Stürtz was KIA on the Narwa Front. So which other Fritz could it be?

His first name could have been Friedrich and he was known as Fritz.
