Which Organisation?

Hello collecting collegues,

I recently aquired a small, non-matching grouping. Amongst the pictures was this large, postcard size photograph, on which I would like some more information.

To which Organisation are the men and women in the photograph attached?

The writing in the back indicates that this picture was taken in November 1936.

I can make high-res close-ups, if needed.

May be it could be a "Luftschutz-Übung" - air raid / Civil defense exercise in a factory.

I had thought about that option myself, and looks like we're right.
Any idea what the meaning is of the white F's, painted on the overalls of some of the older men? Freiwillige maybe?

The man leftmost has a brassard with the symbol of the Reichsuftschutzbund ?

May be the letter "F" could also have the meaning of "Feuerwerker" - pyrotechnician, a man who is able to disarm a bomb or they had a special training as a firefighter (Feuerwehr)?

If it would be a blue "F" it would be a specialst for "Fernsprecher" - telephone.
