Same Soldier in These Pictures?

I just recieved a batch of photos from the same seller. Two of the photos are from the same studio, with the name embossed on the right corner of the photo. Same mimossa paper also. The more I look at them, the more I feel it's the same person in these two photos. The seller never said it was the same guy. What does everyone think?

Here is the second photo, with steel helmet. It's more faded than the first one. The uniform looks alike also.

That's the two characteristics I also looked at and thought looked similar. I did not mention it in the thread as I didn't want to direct the analysis.

Same man and I really think that shots were done on the very same day.
Look also the photo atelier mark on the lower right corner!

A nice surprise for sure. The studio stamp got me thinking and then I had a harder look.
