Has anyone seen one of these before or can anyone offer any further information on it?
It is, apparently, an honour certificate awarded to parents on the birth of their first child. It is printed on fairly heavy card, much thicker that the usual document type paper with hand written details.
Any opinions would be gratefully received.....
