Oakleaves to KC field ceremony - Panzer

These pictures are for a field ceremony for Oberleutnant Karl-Heinz Noak for receiving his Oakleaves to the Knightscross. He won his Oakleaves on 16-1-42 while commanding the 1./ Panzer-Jager Abt. 137 . The pictures are dated 10-7-42. I like the use of a large battle flag as a backdrop. Also it looks like a SA leader in the one picture. One larger picture is signed on the back by him with a message of thanks for the award. I’m not quite sure of the complete translation. He is pictured later in” Field uniforms of German Army Panzer forces “ in WW2 by Michael Pruett and Robert J. Edwards as a Major in a wrapper (pg. 67) Thanks for looking, Mitch
