Help, Identifying Soldiers in Photo

I have this photo album and this is one of the pictures. I am not very good at identifying the collar tabs or uniforms, any help would be appreciated.

The album page is has “Lehrgang XXVII at the top and Horsaal V under the photo if this is any help.

Pre war for sure. Probably not Admin do to all of the marksmanship lanyards.
