i think this is one of the best photos taken
in the history of the second world war magazine the caption reads
"the SS in Greece..Young Tough and Cocky"
says it all
Karlo is correct that this is one of the better images of Meyer.
This card surfaces from time to time and is offered for as little as 25USD (I bought one of mine for this amount) to as much as 175USD and above.
Militaria dealers tend to charge all they can (naturally) for anything SS.
Condition of this card is certainly problematic and would tend to hold the value down. It makes for a nice space filler until you can find a better condition example to replace it.
But in the end, most anything SS makes many a collector's heart race with the "I've got to have it."
What's so bad about the condition? I don't think the corners are missing.

A quick look makes the card appear to have damaged corner. A closer look appears to show the card nested into a slit type album mount. Still, I would like to see a clear image of the corners. Over the years mounts have accounted their share of abraided, creased, and missing corners.
If the corners aren't damaged or missing then the higher range will apply.
