EK2 certificate signature

Hello, I just bought this from the e-stand.

I am pluzzled with the signature:

according to date of assignment and rank of the signining officer , it should be Generalleutnant Richard Müller commanding the 211 Inf Div from 4 Feb 1942 - 16 July 1943. But I can't read his name from the signature? Maybe someone else I am missing?
Any opinion is welcome
