Building sign help

I don't know where to place this sign for assistance so if I am in the wrong forum could someone please advise where to go. I am trying to fing out what it is and what it says if possible.

A guy in my home town had this exact same giant sign! Quite a coincidence. He wanted $300 for it - a fortune at the time, as at the same time another guy was considering selling his cased German Cross for $350.

Looks like a "block" sign for posting local contact names for various members of the NSDAP as well as an area for posting local meeting times?

The sign was made by the NSDAP (Nazi party) to indikate names and addresses of the different leading local persons (even of the diffenrent sub organizations) and even to publish informations.

What is one of those things worth now? I used to see them now and then at the fleamarkets in Germany in the mid-70's.......too big to carry out.

These are big and hard to sell, I have seen them in different ranges--I have a few in the basement that I got years ago...an Adolf Hitler Street Sign for example would bring much more money....

The asking price is usually $350.00 if the piece is in very good condition with not too many nicks or chips.

there are a lot of this type being offered ... I always left them alone, as I am really not sure about originaly, because of the large numbers out there. Cheers, Torsten.
