            I think you can disregard the assistance on this one. Just figured it out and it reads, Oberst L. (Ludwig) Stautner.

                #1 is Baumann, #3 & #8 are both Seiberl.

                  thank you so much for confirmation:

                  I was confused with the initial !

                  the officer has written Cerasola but it is Cerasolo for sure at this point, because the 356 was here that day of september 1944 when this soldier was captured or dispersed ..... (while there were no more Germans in Cerasola, Cascia from mid-June 1944) .....
