This is a rather boring clarification of what the contributions/deductions will be for various individuals and families for the Winter Assistance Program for the needy. It's perhaps a little more exciting than a 1040 tax form.

                Thanks Uwe!

that is what I thought... However, I was not able to find anyone by this name with the General rank serving WWI... Can anyone read the rest of the text and possibly find more details about this man in it?

                Thank you!!!!

The first one is a medical note stating the soldier has a preliminary grade 2 disability. The second one is a receipt stating the fellow has handed in his registration form (naming his place of residence) at the local office and that he needs to show the receipt to obtain a ration card (post-war). The third states he has the right to wear his tunic collar open due to his injury (nerve damage).

I have tried to use the German to English translator on this but I can't make out the old style German letters. Any help would be appreciated.

It is a railway ticket 2nd class for a railway trip from all over Germany to Arvenil (Flanders/Belgium)

                                for one officer.
