Photo Found in a Book!

This photo is taped into the title page of a book I bought about the auxiliary cruiser Pinguin. What a cool find!

I think I have made out most of what the caption says, but I'd really appreciate it if someone could please fill in the blanks and confirm for me.

Here is what I think it says:

Von links nach rechts: I. Off. Becher, Kapitän P. Köhler “Der ????” in diesem Buch auf M/V Kandelfels und Chief Ing. Wilhelm Vosloh.
????????? ????? an Bord das Hilfskreuzers, Pinguin, ????? Kandelfels.

Letzterer fiel an Bord des Hilfs-
kreuzers "Pinguin", ehemals Kandelfels.


With "Der Alte" is meant the captain.


Kandelfels/Pinguin: The name of the captain was Ernst-Felix Krüder
The names Vosloh and Becher are correct.
