synopsis: letter dated 25 Apri 1943

The writer still explaines the mother of the young soldier KIA at Rennes that his body still is not found and even when he is now sent to the eastern front and must also let his family back he will be interested to know more about the fate of her son and give her an answer. When her son is KIA he would have died for his fatherland and even for her.
Other soldiers from the unit of the writer have also been KIA during the same raid in R.

The letter from 27.9.42 from Erich to his sister Irma.

He thanks her for her letter and the congratulations she sent him to his birthday, also for the cake sent to him in a parcel he received same days before. He could eat the cake even if it was "a bit met with an accident". He asks her to sent him 20 bags with Hag-Cola (100 gram packs) . The money for the Hag Cola she shoud take from his post savings book.

only a short synopsis:

The Chief of the Berlin Police sent a secret Quick-/Express- letter to different units and Commad Posts dealing with the installation of wireless equipment in different important factories all over Germany to stay in contact with theses listed factories (e.g. ...IG Farben AG Auschwitz, Buna,Blechhammer,.. ) during air raids when the normal telphone contacts are broken down and how and by whom to use these wireless radios.

The letter is written by aunt Aenne to Irene. The aunt tells about her current situation and feelings. She is alone with her dog Tino, a boxer.
She sents silent greetings to Irene's deceased mother.

The letter, also written by aunt Aenne, is dated 19 Jan 1976 and the contents of the letter has n o relation to an subject dealing with this forum.

In the beginning the aunt reflects the situation of Irene who lost her mother and she has problems with her left leg. Also the aunt is alone and lonely - she lost nearly all her friends and relatives. Irene seems to live not in Germany because she is planning a trip to see Germany.
Also relatives of the aunt are living in the USA and visited Germany some years ago.

Aunt Aenne found a photo taken on the day of the baptism of Irene where all family members are pictured. If Irene wants to have a copy of that photo the aunt will sent her one - to see all the family members, most of them are deceased now.
Finally the aunt is writing about a certain Hilde who is travelling in Austria and about her ill leg and knee.
