officers name tag translation

Picked up a nice inf. officers tunic that is named but I cant read it. Also found this packet in the pocket. I would love to research the name if anyone cant make it out. The tunic is loaded with loops including the German Cross.

very difficult for me, I read (surname) something like "Döllgast"
ö = oe
