Despite I not am German I'll give it a try!

Kraft means something like power or muscle eg. Kraftstoff means Petrol for driving a car etc. Fahr means a kind of moving like Fahrschule who is School where you lear to Driving. Fahrrad means a Motorcycle.
Russland is the German word for Russia.

But Kraftfahr is a strange word I guess you must have the word "Kradfahrer" this means a Dispacts rider?
Any Germans around?

Hi gentlemen:

The german word "Kraftfahrer" simply means "driver" of a motorized vehicle.
As there were many horse drawn vehicles too in the Wehrmacht the term "Kraftfahrer" should clarify the difference to a "Fahrer" of for example a horse drawn vehicle.
In german it also means a profession , if someone is a truck driver he will be called a "Kraftfahrer".

So a "Kraftfahrkompanie" is a motorized driving unit.
