In regards to post #107, the 'RK' is indeed actually a EK II. A photo set of this officer was broken up on e-bay a couple of years ago, and I was fortunate enough to obtain the only two photos of this Officer with a German Shepherd and her Pup. The close up of the EK is cropped from the photo of the Officer holding the Pup, the left side-uniform shot a (cropped) photo of him looking down at the adult female Shepherd (note the SS runes).
